Dieting

Yes I am.
I'm actually doing pretty good, 5 lbs in 2 weeks.
I found that my biggest problem is portioning. My eyes are always bigger than my appetite yet I always try to clean my plate. I decided I needed the help of a calorie counter.
Now I've found this great site called My Fitness Pal where you can sign up for free and it helps you keep track of what you are eating and what exercise you've done each day. There is a large database of foods in which you can find what you've eaten and it provides the nutritional information. That way you know how many calories you've had and if you've had too many carbs and fat or too little protein.
This is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm just starting to work in some exercising so now I'll be able to see exactly how many calories I'm burning. The forums are a great place to get support while I'm going through this "life change".

    my diet right now is high protien and lots of food. it isnt the best for the gut but does wonders on the mucles. Good luck and keep up the good work!
